Boy George releases pro-Israel single denying Gaza genocide

- Boy George released 'We Will Dance Again,' a pop-reggae single posted on X and Instagram (Hebrew title: עוד נרקוד), with opening lyrics declaring 'You say genocide, I say war / When you're attacked, that's what the army's for.'
- The song cites the October 2023 Nova music festival attack, where 344 civilians and 34 security personnel were killed and 44 people were taken hostage, and the title phrase has been used as a slogan of Israeli solidarity and an acclaimed documentary about the attack.
- Boy George criticizes pro-Palestinian musicians including Stormzy, Damon Albarn, Clairo, and Brian Eno, the last of whom conceived the charity single 'Lullaby' that vied for the 2025 Christmas No 1.
- His genocide denial directly contradicts two 2025 UN inquiries — one of which found Israel is continuing to commit genocide by targeting children — both of which Israel dismissed as 'distorted and false' and a 'libellous sham'; the overall Palestinian death toll since the war started is more than 73,000.
