- The Pitt earned 15 nominations and five wins at the 2025 Emmys, including Outstanding Drama Series and acting trophies for Noah Wyle (Lead Actor), Katherine LaNasa (Supporting Actress), and Shawn Hatosy (Guest Actor).
- Noah Wyle is submitted for both Lead Actor in a Drama Series and Directing for a Drama Series, the latter for helming Season 2 Episode 206 "12 P.M." — he also writes two episodes per season and executive produces.
- All nine Season 2 series regulars — LaNasa, Patrick Ball, Gerran Howell, Shabana Azeez, Isa Briones, Taylor Dearden, Fiona Dourif, Supriya Ganesh, and Sepideh Moafi — are submitted for Supporting Actor/Actress in a Drama Series.

- R. Scott Gemmill is back in Writing contention, this time co-credited with Kirsten Pierre-Geyfman on Episode 207 "1:00 P.M." alongside a separate Valerie Chu submission for Episode 206.
- Five directors are submitted overall: Wyle, Hatosy, Uta Briesewitz (Episode 211), Damian Marcano (213), and John Wells for the Season 2 finale — matching the show's two writing and two directing nominations from last year.
- New category entries include Original Music and Lyrics for "Need Someone" by Gavin Brivik and Andrew Bird, plus the companion interview series Inside The Pitt in Outstanding Short Form Nonfiction or Reality Series.
Why it matters: HBO Max is mirroring its 2025 Emmy strategy but expanding the push across more categories — adding Cinematography, Picture Editing, Production Design, Costumes, Hairstyling, and Music Supervision to the returning technical lineup. Wyle's dual acting-directing bid plus a ten-deep Supporting push (nine series regulars plus Hatosy) maximize the show's chances of a second consecutive Outstanding Drama Series win.
