- Amnesty International report 'Made in India: The Supply of Weapons and Ammunition to Israel' used shipment-level trade data to argue India risks complicity in 'crimes against humanity of apartheid, genocide and other crimes under international law'
- India exported more than 2,500 shipments of small arms, parts, and ammunition to Israel between October 7, 2023 and November 30, 2025, with at least 788 determined to have military purposes
- Private manufacturers including PLR Systems (an Adani Group-Israel Weapon Industries joint venture), Indo-MIM, Kalyani Strategic Systems (a Bharat Forge Group subsidiary), and Ashoka Manufacturing exported arms without adequate government regulation
- Government-owned entities Munitions India, India Optel, and Advanced Weapons and Equipment India supplied high-explosive artillery shells, mortar launchers, and sensor components to Elbit Systems and Semiconductor Devices throughout the period
- The findings follow a UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry led by Justice S. Muralidhar that concluded Israel's actions in Gaza constitute genocide
- Amnesty called for a comprehensive arms embargo covering direct and indirect arms supply and immediate cessation of all business relationships with Israel's arms industry
