- Gram Parsons will be honored by an all-star tribute concert at the Troubadour on Nov. 11.
- Emmylou Harris will be featured alongside Elvis Costello, the Black Crowes and Margo Price in the tribute lineup.
- Rock & Roll Hall of Fame will induct Parsons three nights after the Nov. 11 concert.
- Rolling Stone also foregrounds Harris, Costello and the Black Crowes in its headline, showing that both available headlines center the announced performers more than the induction timing.
Why it matters: Parsons is the focus of two linked forms of recognition three nights apart: a star-filled Troubadour tribute on Nov. 11 and a Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction. The narrow gap makes the concert an explicit lead-in to the formal honor, giving the announced artists a defined role in its run-up.
