- Paris Saint-Germain beat Manchester City 4-2 at the Etihad Stadium, with the defending champions opening this season's Champions League campaign with two wins from two.
- Manchester City showed fight but were unable to complete a comeback against what the source describes as a 'slick' PSG side at home.
Why it matters: PSG's road win at the Etihad extends their title defense to a perfect six points from two matches, while Manchester City — despite scoring twice — fall behind in the early group standings against one of the competition favorites.
