- Zelenskyy said Ukraine must 'unblock' Patriot missile delivery, the demand coming after deadly strikes that hit Kyiv.
- Russia bombed Kyiv while Ukraine fired drones toward Moscow, the exchange happening despite talk of renewing negotiations.
- Putin agreed to fresh peace talks, with massive strikes hitting Kyiv hours afterward.
Why it matters: Zelenskyy's warning follows a specific sequence — deadly strikes on Kyiv, then a call to unblock Patriot delivery — while Russia kept bombing the capital and Ukraine kept striking toward Moscow despite renewed talks. Massive strikes landed hours after Putin agreed to fresh peace talks, leaving the announcement and the fighting hours apart.
