- Leaked specs tip a Microsoft Surface Laptop powered by NVIDIA's RTX Spark silicon, per TechPowerUp's reporting.
- Microsoft and Nvidia CEOs will jointly unveil a new AI laptop at a San Francisco event, per Reuters, with the broader Windows and Surface showcase pegged to October 7, per Yahoo Finance.
Why it matters: A joint unveiling by the Microsoft and Nvidia CEOs—rather than a solo Microsoft event—puts NVIDIA silicon alongside Microsoft as a co-headline of the Surface lineup. October 7 is the hard date for specs, pricing, and the formal reveal of the NVIDIA RTX chip in a Surface Laptop chassis, as TechPowerUp's leak has already tipped.
