- KeAndre Lambert-Smith was placed on injured reserve Tuesday, requiring him to miss at least four games.
- Ladd McConkey caught five passes for 82 yards before exiting in the third quarter after a big hit from Cardinals linebacker Mack Wilson Sr. on an in-breaking route.
- Derius Davis was hurt on a Justin Herbert interception — a deep pass where Davis was blanketed by two defenders, landed awkwardly on his shoulder, and the ball was picked off by safety Andrew Wingard; Davis did return to the game.
