UN Security Council Demands Russia End Ukraine War

- Rosemary DiCarlo, UN chief of political and peacebuilding affairs, told the emergency meeting the Security Council must use every diplomatic tool for "urgent de-escalation" as Russian drone and missile attacks on Ukrainian civilians escalate.
