Stark Varg gets free OTA traction control update

- Stark Future began rolling out a free over-the-air software update on June 21 adding traction control to its Stark Varg Alpha-series models (Varg MX, Varg EX, Varg SM), installing wirelessly with no hardware changes or dealer visit required.
- The traction control system monitors rear wheel slip and adjusts power delivery across pavement, gravel, wet roots, and mud, with riders configuring intervention anywhere from 0% to 100% per riding mode via the bike's smartphone-based display.
- The Varg Alpha models produce up to 80 hp (59 kW) and roughly 937 Nm (691 lb-ft) of rear-wheel torque — figures that make the new traction aid especially useful for keeping that much power planted in challenging conditions.
- The update automatically disengages when the motorcycle detects it's airborne, freeing the rear wheel to spin during jumps so riders can still control the bike's attitude mid-air.
