- England beat USA 134-0 in the Wheelchair Rugby League World Cup at the Wollongong Entertainment Arena in New South Wales.
- USA were on the receiving end of 23 tries from England in the 134-point defeat.
- Wheelchair Rugby League World Cup — the win booked England a place in the semi-finals with one group match to spare.
Why it matters: England's 23-try, 134-0 rout delivered a Wheelchair Rugby League World Cup semi-final berth one group match early. The consequence is concrete: the remaining group fixture now carries no qualification stakes for England, with a semi-final place secured and a game still in hand.
