Russian strikes across Ukraine kill 10 and a missile falls in Poland

Why it matters: Russia is exploiting a documented gap: the Iran war has drained US Patriot stockpiles, and Trump's licensing offer takes "many months" to translate into interceptors — leaving cities like Kyiv exposed to 70-missile barrages.
