- Lamar Jackson practiced in full with Baltimore on Wednesday for the first time since injuring his ankle, after missing the Ravens' previous three games.
- Kerby Joseph opened Detroit's 21-day practice window Wednesday and practiced for the first time this season on a limited basis, after missing the final 11 games of 2025 with a degenerative knee condition.
- Green Bay Packers will start a new five-player offensive line with third-stringer John Williams at center, with center Sean Rhyan and guard Travis Glover both ruled out.
- Carolina Panthers listed linebacker Jaelan Phillips, guards Torricelli Simpkins III and Damien Lewis, and cornerback Akayleb Evans as out, while defensive tackle Bobby Brown III remained questionable; none of the four out players practiced.
- Baltimore Ravens still had safeties Kyle Hamilton and Jaylinn Hawkins and linebacker Roquan Smith absent from practice, while left tackle Ronnie Stanley and guard John Simpson were limited despite Jackson's full session.
- Detroit Lions had seven non-participants, including running back Jahmyr Gibbs and wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown; three others were held for veteran rest days.
- Minnesota Vikings carried only three players on the injury report, with running back Aaron Jones and guard Joe Huber held out and tackle Brian O'Neill limited.
Why it matters: Jackson is back at full practice after missing three games, while Joseph returned in limited work after an 11-game absence, with Detroit opening a 21-day window for him. Green Bay also has an immediate roster change: Sean Rhyan and Travis Glover are out, forcing a new five-player offensive line and third-stringer John Williams at center.
