Daily tech — startups, AI labs, chips, the launches that shape the next decade. Free.
- ShuruKar is a nationwide initiative launched by YourStory in Patna, developed in partnership with DPIIT and Startup India to bundle AI tools, founder mentorship, and local networks into a single support pipeline.
- YourStory's program is designed to walk aspiring entrepreneurs from identifying a problem to finding their first customer, anchoring the support in their hometowns rather than traditional startup hubs.
Why it matters: By launching in Patna rather than a metro hub and pairing DPIIT's policy infrastructure with Startup India's ecosystem, ShuruKar packages AI tools and mentorship for founders who previously had to relocate to access them — compressing the early-stage journey from idea to paying customer.
