- DraftKings promo code delivers $150 in bonus bets to new users after a $5 wager, with the bonus paid within 14 days of qualifying bet settlement.
- The Lions are 3.5-point road favorites over the Panthers in Sunday Night Football, with the over/under set at 50.5.
- R.J. White (SportsLine NFL expert) pointed to Carolina's injury losses — top two corners and best offensive lineman out — as the key reason Detroit should cover, noting the Lions' O-line got back multiple starters last week and their defense played better than expected vs. the Jets.
- Panthers right tackle Monroe Freeling is in the concussion protocol and receiver Jalen Coker is inactive with a quad injury, further thinning a Carolina roster already missing key players.
- Detroit is 7-1 against the spread outdoors when favored since 2023, a trend R.J. White cited to support the -3.5 play.
- Combining the three SportsLine picks into a Sunday parlay at DraftKings would yield a +596 payout (risk $100 to profit $596, odds subject to change).
- DraftKings provides a Responsible Gaming Center with daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits, wager limits, max wager limits, time limits, and 24/7 live chat support.
Why it matters: The promo gives new DraftKings users a near-risk-free entry, but the sharper edge is the injury-driven handicap: Carolina missing its top two corners and best O-lineman against a Detroit team that is 7-1 ATS outdoors as a favorite since 2023 makes the -3.5 road spread look exploitable.
