- Antonelli secured his maiden Formula 1 drivers’ championship at the Mexico City Grand Prix on Sunday.
- Antonelli won the drivers’ title at age 20 and became the youngest champion in Formula 1 history.
- Formula 1 still had four races remaining in the season when Antonelli secured the title.
- BBC Sport created a 12-question quiz inviting readers to test how well they know the champion.
- BBC Sport and Sky Sports both foreground the same historic achievement, with headlines describing Antonelli as someone who “blew everyone away” and as having rewritten Formula 1’s record books.
Why it matters: Antonelli has already secured the drivers’ championship and the youngest-champion distinction with four races still to run, so both milestones are settled rather than dependent on a final race. BBC Sport’s 12-question quiz gives readers a direct way to engage with the achievement now.
