- Dustin Hoffman will receive a Crystal Globe for Outstanding Artistic Contribution to World Cinema at the festival's opening ceremony, which will also screen The Graduate; the two-time Oscar winner's upcoming memoir Look at Me is set to publish November 10.
- Juliette Binoche will receive her Crystal Globe at the closing ceremony, where Karlovy Vary will screen Certified Copy, Three Colors: Blue, and her directorial essay film In-I in Motion; her Oscar-winning turn in The English Patient anchors a career spanning André Téchiné, Michael Haneke, and Apple TV+'s The New Look.
- Jeffrey Wright will receive the festival's President's Award, with a screening of Basquiat in his honor; his recent work includes an Oscar nomination for American Fiction, and his Bond franchise roles as Felix Leiter span Casino Royale through No Time To Die.
- Robert Richardson, a three-time Academy Award winner, will receive a Crystal Globe and present the documentary portrait Robert Richardson: The White Devil with director Jana Hojdová; his credits include the Oliver Stone and Martin Scorsese collaborations Platoon, JFK, Casino, and The Aviator.
- Harvey Keitel, a 2004 Crystal Globe recipient making his third Karlovy Vary appearance, will present a screening of Scorsese's Mean Streets, while Kevin Bacon, Kyra Sedgwick, and their children Travis and Sosie will present the SXSW-premiered horror-comedy Family Movie.
- Stellan Skarsgård, last year's Crystal Globe recipient, will star in Karlovy Vary's new festival trailer, continuing the tradition of featuring the prior year's honoree in the micro-story format.
