- Yandex said a drone strike shut down a third data center, disrupting more than 80 services including Yandex Cloud and YandexGPT
- A Ukrainian drone strike targeted a major Yandex data center in the Russian city of Vladimir early Sunday, with users reporting outages affecting banking and taxi apps
Why it matters: Yandex described this as a third data center knocked offline by drone strikes, showing Ukraine's expanding ability to hit Russian civilian digital infrastructure — and the disruption extends from enterprise services (Yandex Cloud, YandexGPT) to everyday consumer apps like banking and taxi booking.
