- Will Shipley suffered a partial tear of his plantar fascia during Sunday's loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars, according to a source who spoke with ESPN's Adam Schefter on Monday.
- The injury could sideline the Philadelphia Eagles running back for multiple weeks, per the report.
Why it matters: Philly's running back depth takes a hit with Shipley sidelined for multiple weeks, and CBS's headline flags that Saquon Barkley and Tank Bigsby are also hurt — meaning the Eagles' backfield could be unusually thin heading into the next stretch of games.
