- Stefon Diggs is set to sign a one-year, up-to-$12 million deal with the Washington Commanders, per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport and ESPN's Adam Schefter.
- The 32-year-old, born in suburban Washington and a former Maryland standout, had publicly expressed his desire to play for the Commanders — and is joining his third team in three seasons.
- Terry McLaurin had his string of five consecutive 1,000-yard seasons snapped in 2025 by a quad injury that cost him seven games; Noah Brown also missed 13 games (knee/groin), and five players not on the roster at season's start ended up catching passes for Washington.
