- JYuno is set to have three songs featured on the soundtrack of 'Girl,' the recently wrapped crime-thriller directed by Destry Allyn Spielberg.
- Destry Allyn Spielberg directed 'Girl' — described as her sophomore film — and the project stars Jason Isaacs, Sofia Wylie, Luke Newton, and Maddie Ziegler.
- JYuno is characterized by the source as an emerging Japanese singer with a 'somewhat mysterious profile,' making this one of her highest-profile placements to date.
- 'Girl' recently completed principal photography as a crime-thriller, with the soundtrack addition announced as an exclusive.
Why it matters: Three songs on a single film is a substantial footprint for an artist the source itself calls 'mysterious,' and the placement pairs JYuno with the Spielberg family name and a cast (Wylie, Ziegler, Newton) carrying established Gen-Z and mainstream fanbases — meaningful visibility for an emerging Japanese act entering a U.S. production.
