- Anton Harrison will undergo arthroscopic surgery on his right knee when the Jaguars return from London next week, according to league sources who spoke with NFL Network's Ian Rapoport and ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.
- Harrison went down after disengaging from a block on a sweep to the right by Bhayshul Tuten during last Sunday's 19-17 victory over Philadelphia at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and was eventually carted off.
- The Jaguars do not yet know the severity of the injury, which means Harrison could miss anywhere from three to five weeks or the remainder of the regular season depending on what surgeons find.
- Walker Little, who came in after Harrison was hurt, is expected to start at left tackle as Jacksonville (4-1) plays Houston (1-4) on Sunday at Wembley Stadium before flying back home.
- Harrison, the 27th overall pick in 2023, was moved from right tackle to left tackle during training camp and had his fifth-year option picked up by the Jaguars in April.
Why it matters: The 4-1 Jaguars lose their starting left tackle midseason — a position they invested in by picking up his fifth-year option just months ago. Walker Little, who replaced Harrison mid-game, steps in against Houston with no clarity on whether the lineman will return this season or in three weeks. The London doubleheader forces Jacksonville to play the Texans before Harrison can even be evaluated.
