Apple TV Orders 'Guilty Creatures' With Julia Garner

- Apple TV handed a series order to Guilty Creatures, a thriller adapted from Mikita Brottman's acclaimed true-crime book Guilty Creatures: Sex, God, and Murder in Tallahassee, Florida
- Julia Garner will star and executive produce the series, which follows two adulterous, God-fearing lovers whose act of murder sent them into an 18-year cover-up in the Florida panhandle
- Craig Gillespie (I, Tonya, Pam & Tommy) is set to direct and executive produce, marking a pivot to prestige limited series following DC's Supergirl
- Stuart Zicherman (The Shrink Next Door, The Americans) will serve as showrunner and executive producer, while Sarah DeLappe (Bodies Bodies Bodies) adapted the book for screen
