Why it matters: The Rams landed the No. 1 and No. 3 most impactful acquisitions (Garrett and McDuffie) — the second straight year a Rams move tops the list — making them the clearest winner of the offseason's defensive rebuild. For a Patriots passing game that lacked impact receivers, Brown's arrival gives Maye the perimeter weapon the offense never had.
