US hypersonic missile drive blurs the nuclear threshold

With $280 million now flowing toward nuclear-capable hypersonic designs and a CRS warning that adversaries cannot tell conventional from nuclear-armed systems, each new high-speed weapon edges the conventional-nuclear line closer to ambiguity.
