- Chiikawa the Movie held the No. 1 spot in South Korea for a third consecutive weekend (Oct. 30–Nov. 1), banking $1.7 million from 221,651 admissions on 1,167 screens for 32.1% of the market and pushing its total to $20.1 million from 2,583,851 admissions since Sept. 30.
- Heart of the Beast (Brad Pitt's survival thriller) opened in second place with $1.2 million from 162,790 admissions on 1,106 screens, or 23% of receipts, and has drawn $1.5 million from 215,237 viewers since its midweek Oct. 28 launch.
- The Assassin(s) ranked fourth in its sixth frame with $307,719 from 41,265 admissions, yet posts the chart's largest cumulative gross at $25.5 million from 3,448,036 admissions; legal complaints and protests from conservative civic groups alleging historical distortion over its reconstruction of the Aug. 15, 1974 assassination attempt on President Park Chung-hee remain ongoing.
- Clayface placed eighth on the admissions chart with 16,641 viewers on 444 screens while grossing a higher $140,321, for $899,915 from 115,464 admissions to date; Deadline's global update calls it "Still Boss" with nearly $23 million worldwide, while IndieWire has "You Can See Everything" beating it for first place.
- Tazza: The Song of Beelzebub took sixth with $208,310 from 26,650 admissions on 498 screens and officially crossed two million tickets, reaching $15.7 million from 2,055,522 viewers; CJ ENM's fourth comic adaptation is directed by Choi Kook-hee and stars Byun Yo-han, Noh Jae-won and Ayaka Miyoshi.
- The Odyssey stayed ninth in its 13th weekend, adding $108,833 from 13,332 admissions on 254 screens for a 2.02% share and lifting its South Korean total to $106.4 million from 12,335,377 admissions since Aug. 5.
- South Korea's overall weekend box office came to $5.3 million, down from $5.6 million the previous weekend, even with the top two films taking 55.1% between them.
Why it matters: Chiikawa and Heart of the Beast absorbed 32.1% and 23% of a South Korean weekend that shrank from $5.6 million to $5.3 million, concentrating admissions on the top two while every other title — The Odyssey's ninth-place $108,833 included — fought over a smaller pool.
