- Kim Taylor-Coleman (Casting Directors Branch) was re-elected president of the Academy Foundation Board for the 2026-27 term on Thursday.
- Brooke Breton (Visual Effects Branch) and Paul Cameron (Cinematographers Branch) were elected vice presidents, with David Dinerstein (Marketing and Public Relations Branch) named treasurer and Marlon West (Animation Branch) secretary.
- Seven board members were also seated: Patricia Cardoso, Peter Devlin, Richard Hicks, Lynette Howell Taylor, Larry Karaszewski, Chris Tashima and Terilyn A. Shropshire, each representing a different Academy branch.
- All officers and members serve one-year terms; Dinerstein, Howell Taylor and Taylor-Coleman will simultaneously serve one-year terms on the Academy Museum Board of Trustees.
- The Academy Foundation oversees AMPAS's educational, preservation and cultural activities, including the Academy Museum, Margaret Herrick Library, Academy Film Archive and Academy Collection.
