- 49ers fell to the Atlanta Falcons in Week Seven, suffering their first loss of the 2026 season.
- Giants shocked the Houston Texans in overtime in Week Seven.
- Bengals earned a big divisional win in Week Seven of the 2026 NFL season.
- Buccaneers earned a big divisional win in Week Seven of the 2026 NFL season.
Why it matters: Atlanta is the direct beneficiary of Week Seven: its win over previously unbeaten San Francisco handed the 49ers their first loss and ended their unbeaten run. New York’s overtime win over Houston, plus divisional wins by Cincinnati and Tampa Bay, make the slate notable beyond a single headline upset.
