- Blue Fox Entertainment acquired international sales rights to two Tubi Originals — Remember Me and Game On — and will introduce both titles to international buyers at next week's TIFF market, with both films still in production.
- Remember Me, a YA supernatural murder mystery adapted from Christopher Pike's first novel in his Remember Me trilogy, is directed by Danishka Esterhazy and written by Suzanne Keilly, with Brec Bassinger and Charlie Gillespie in the leads.
- Game On, written and directed by Jem Garrard, follows a high school esports player who goes undercover to study her online rival-turned-love-interest, and stars Sky Katz, Case Walker, and voice actor Nolan North.
- Both films are produced by Blue Ice Pictures, with Lance Samuels, Danishka Esterhazy and Suzanne Keilly credited as executive producers on Remember Me, and Lance Samuels, Jem Garrard and Sky Katz executive-producing Game On.
- The deal extends Blue Fox's prior work repping Tubi Originals internationally, including the three-film Sidelined franchise (sold overseas as The Bad Boy and Me) and Kissing is the Easy Part.
- Lisa Gutberlet, President of Blue Fox, positioned Remember Me's established book-fanbase and Game On's gaming-adjacent talent as built-in hooks for younger international buyers.
Why it matters: Blue Fox is doubling down on a Tubi/Blue Ice pipeline that already produced the internationally successful Sidelined trilogy, giving the distributor two pre-TIFF YA titles — one built on Pike's book IP, one on gaming culture — aimed squarely at the teen and young-adult buyer pool that has driven past Tubi Original sales abroad.
