- Malach previously served as a senior development executive at Amazon Studios, where she oversaw The Terminal List, A Very British Scandal, The English, and The Wilds, and earlier was VP at David Heyman's Heyday Television
Why it matters: Springer exits a six-year run that launched Pachinko and The Morning Show, and Malach inherits a slate spread across five platforms — Netflix, Apple TV, HBO, Peacock, and Hulu — including the flagship Morning Show Season 5 and a new Hulu pilot. Consolidating script-to-screen authority under one executive mid-slate means decisions on Enigma Variations, The Chain, and Durango all now run through her.
