Bulford Monument Predates Stonehenge by 500 Years

- Wessex Archaeology discovered two postholes at Bulford, 5km north-east of Stonehenge, containing ash charcoal and chalk rubble fill — the surviving remains of a wooden monument dated to ~2950 BC.
