- Caressa Douglas joined CAA's Entertainment Partnerships group as Head of Content and Integrations, a newly created role spanning product placement, integrations, co-developed content, and original IP.
- Douglas previously served as SVP of Strategic Partnerships at BENlabs, where her team delivered more than 5,000 on-screen placements in 2025 alone across 34 clients, part of a 20-plus-year career spanning 350+ brands and 1,500+ production relationships.
- CAA's Entertainment Partnerships group already represents talent including Ariana Grande, Shondaland, and Jimmy Fallon, alongside studios and brands like Apple TV, Disney, Warner Bros., Crocs, L'Oréal, and Nike.
- Libby Bush, who leads the Entertainment Partnerships group, praised Douglas's "instinct" for anticipating cultural moments and making brands "an essential part of a story rather than an interruption."
- The hire comes as CAA positions branded content as a growing revenue stream for talent in what the company described as a "challenged and fast-evolving entertainment landscape."
Why it matters: CAA is expanding its branded content infrastructure at a moment when traditional entertainment revenue is under pressure, and Douglas's track record of 5,000+ on-screen placements in a single year gives her immediate operational credibility with the agency's roster of major talent, studios, and brand clients.
