- Entertainment 360 hired managers David Jimenez-Katsman and Bash Naran, both based in Los Angeles, to expand its talent management platform.
- Jimenez-Katsman joins after five years as Partner at Sugar23, bringing a roster that includes Oscar and Emmy-nominated writers, directors, and actors such as Jessica Lee Gagné, Tom Bissell, Francesca Sloane, and Souheila Yacoub.
- Jimenez-Katsman also has producer credits on the award-winning documentary The Lions of Mesopotamia, about Iraq's national football team, and began his management career at LINK Entertainment.
- Naran arrives from WME with a global client roster including David Coggeshall, Guneet Monga, Ranveer Singh, and Janhvi Kapoor, and previously held management roles at Writ Large and plattform after starting at CAA.
- Naran co-founded The Salon, a forum for South Asian creatives and executives in the entertainment industry.
- The hires extend Entertainment 360's broader expansion following a minority investment by Carlyle in 2025.
Why it matters: Entertainment 360 is consolidating post-Carlyle investment momentum by adding two agents with deep international rosters — Jimenez-Katsman's writer/director/actor bench and Naran's global South Asian pipeline — giving the firm broader reach across the global film and television marketplace at a moment when management companies are racing to sign high-profile talent ahead of the next development cycle.
