- Jeff Hiller joins CBS comedy "Eternally Yours" as a guest star in multiple episodes beginning with the third, which premieres Thursday, October 8.
- Hiller plays Aldrict, an old-world vampire who has crossed paths with lead character Liz (Allegra Edwards) several times over the centuries and is "a bit of a troublemaker."
- Eternally Yours centers on vampires Liz and Charles (Ed Weeks), married for 500 years, navigating their daughter Emma (Helen J Shen) dating human Max (Jaren Lewison).
- The role reunites Hiller with Joe Port and Joe Wiseman, the show's creators and showrunners, after he appeared in two episodes of their other CBS series "Ghosts" last season.
- Hiller won the Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series in September 2025 for HBO's "Somebody Somewhere," and was separately nominated this year for Outstanding Guest Star in a Drama Series for Apple's "Pluribus."
- He currently plays Dale on Apple's "Widow's Bay" opposite Matthew Rhys and was just upped from guest star to series regular for season two.
Why it matters: CBS is giving Hiller a multi-episode arc — his third genre booking in roughly a year across CBS, HBO and Apple — paired with the Port/Wiseman team behind its breakout "Ghosts." For Hiller, the gig slots neatly beside his newly elevated series-regular role on "Widow's Bay" and lands fresh off his Emmy win, extending a stretch where he's working on four networks simultaneously.
