- Mediacorp and Blintn are co-producing "Collateral Romance," a 12-episode Singapore-South Korea romantic comedy filmed across both countries — Mediacorp's second Korean drama co-production to date.
- The series is supported by Singapore's Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), produced with Korea's Bigwave Entertainment, and will premiere in the first half of 2027.

- Kim Myung-soo ("Empathy Cells") and Pyo Ye-jin ("Taxi Driver") play the mismatched leads — an independent timber trader and a level-headed merchandising director whose unplanned meeting spirals into romance.
- Singapore's Gladys Bay, a Seoul International Drama Awards winner, joins the cast as Chu Jini, a biracial character (one Singaporean, one Korean parent) who travels to Korea to compete in dance series "Street Dancing Queen."
- Blintn connects more than 1,600 media companies across 80 countries through its content investment platform, while production house Bigwave is developing a Korean adaptation of Japanese drama "Unnatural."
Why it matters: For Mediacorp, this is its second Korean drama co-production in a stated push to deepen creative ties with the Korean market and build premium regional scripted content. Blintn's 80-country, 1,600-company network gives the project a built-in distribution runway well beyond Singapore and Korea, making the partnership less about a single show than about establishing a repeatable co-production template.
