- Gloucestershire signed Henry Brookes from Middlesex, Tom Alsop from Sussex, Che Simmons from Warwickshire and James Hayes from Nottinghamshire, while Luke Charlesworth and Craig Miles retired and Cameron Bancroft was listed as the overseas player from Australia.
- Sussex brought in Joey Evison from Kent and sent Henry Crocombe to Surrey, Fynn Hudson-Prentice to Hampshire, Tom Alsop to Gloucestershire, George Thomas to Worcestershire and John Simpson to Nottinghamshire; Brad Currie, Troy Henry, Nantes Oosthuizen and Harrison Ward were released.
- Yorkshire listed James Taylor from Surrey as its only arrival, against six departures: Harry Duke to Middlesex and releases for Jawad Akhtar, Noah Kelly, Dan Moriarty, Yash Vagadia and Alex Wade.
- Nottinghamshire signed John Simpson from Sussex, released Travis Holland and Francis Moore, and named Fergus O’Neill as an overseas player from Australia for April through June.
- Glamorgan listed Colin Ingram, Billy Root and Chris Cooke as retirements and Ben Morris as a release, leaving both its incoming and overseas fields blank.
- Lancashire signed Ben Charlesworth from Gloucestershire, released James Anderson, Harry Singh and Kesh Fonseka, sent George Bell to Essex, and listed Marcus Harris plus Chris Green as overseas players, with Green limited to the T20 Blast.
- Essex signed Laurie Evans from Surrey and George Bell from Lancashire, listed Dean Elgar as retired and Robin Das as released, and named Simon Harmer of South Africa as its overseas player.
Why it matters: Yorkshire gains only James Taylor in the tracker while losing Harry Duke and five released players, producing the largest gap between listed arrivals and exits. Fergus O’Neill’s Nottinghamshire overseas spell also has a hard April-to-June window, making his availability explicitly seasonal.
