- Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 3 adapts Riordan's third book The Titan's Curse, which the author has flagged as the point where the series grows darker, and production has already wrapped for a release this year per Riordan.
- Disney announced at San Diego Comic Con 2025 that Olive Abercrombie will play Bianca and Levi Chrisopulos will play Nico Di Angelo, children of Hades who join Percy in the third book.
- Dafne Keen (Deadpool & Wolverine, His Dark Materials) has been cast as Artemis, goddess of hunting and the moon, with Saara Chaudry as her immortal lieutenant Zoë Nightshade.
- Kate McKinnon joins as Aphrodite, Holt McCallany as the Titan Atlas who holds up the sky, and David Costabile as Dr. Thorn, the monster readers meet at the very start of The Titan's Curse.
- Ming-Na Wen, Jennifer Beals, and Hubert Smielecki round out the divine casting as Hera, Demeter, and Apollo respectively, with Jesse L. Martin portraying Annabeth's mortal father Frederick Chase.
- Filming for Season 3 began in August 2025, one year after Season 2 wrapped, and Courtney B. Vance has been recast as Zeus, taking up the role from the late Lance Reddick.
