- "Scam 2010", directed by National Film Award winner Hansal Mehta and starring Pratik Gandhi, has begun shooting; Banerjee said a legal challenge from Sahara India Pariwar following the project's May 2025 announcement has been resolved.
- Sony Sports Network's Festival of Sports (Aug. 15-Dec. 1) will cover India's cricket tour of Sri Lanka, the Women's T20 Asia Cup, the Asian Games, and India's all-format cricket tour of New Zealand.
