- Jake Shane partners with Alo Wellness Club on "Shake & Train With Jake Shane: Strength x Pilates," a four-part workout series launching July 13 on the Alo Wellness Club app.
- Alo filmed the series aboard the Alo Voyage on the Mediterranean Sea, with each of the four workouts running approximately 10 minutes and targeting Full Body Flow, Glutes + Core, Arms + Core, and Core.
- Louis Chandler Joseph, Alo's director of fitness, and Pilates instructor Bianca Wise co-lead the exercises alongside Shane's comedic commentary.
- Alo Wellness Club dropped its subscription fee in December 2025, now offering more than 4,000 on-demand classes and 300 programs for free to users with an account.
- Shane's "Therapuss" podcast, which counts Selena Gomez, Hailey Bieber, Kylie Jenner, and Paul Rudd among past guests, joined Netflix's video podcast lineup earlier this year.
- Access to the Jake Shane series is free through Alo's Alo Access loyalty program, launching as an app exclusive.
Why it matters: Alo dropped its app paywall in December 2025 and is now leveraging Jake Shane — a viral creator whose podcast already lives inside Netflix — to drive downloads of its free fitness app. It marks Alo's clearest content-led push beyond apparel and brick-and-mortar studios since making the app free.
