- Warner Bros. International Television Production is selling 4,000+ hours of reality, dating, and factual content to Little Dot Studios under a multi-year agreement that expands an existing partnership between the two companies.
- Titles in the deal include Who Do You Think You Are?, The Bachelor, and First Dates, which will be integrated into Little Dot's YouTube channels such as First Comes Love, Real Stories, Absolute History, Only Human, and Absolute Docs.
- Little Dot Studios, owned by All3Media, runs 135+ actively-managed digital broadcast channels and 7 FAST brands streaming across 130+ channels, and is the UK's second-largest streamer by catalogue size per JustWatch data cited in the source.
- Andrew Zein, EVP of Creative Format Development & Sales at WBITVP, called digital platforms "a critical growth engine" and said the deal aims to "build a sustainable digital business around our industry-leading formats."
- Little Dot has licensed more than 27,000 hours of content to date, and Banijay — which is in the process of merging with All3Media — has singled out Little Dot as a key component of the combined group's future business.
- WBITVP said it has been actively pursuing digital channel deals across YouTube and Facebook, and has been launching full-episode and hub channels as part of that strategy.
Why it matters: A 4,000+-hour catalog from a major US studio flowing into a YouTube-native operator signals that legacy distributors now treat social-video channels as primary distribution windows, not overflow bins. The fact that Banijay flagged Little Dot as strategically central during its merger with All3 — Little Dot's parent — suggests digital syndication is becoming a core pillar of traditional media M&A logic, not an ancillary business line.
